We picked Nathan up from the airport on Sunday night and got to have him with us for 3 1/2 days. I dont think there has ever been another time when we have just had him and the two of us together for that long since he was really little. He was very patient with us needing to do a lot with the mission- he even came to the office and worked on some excel charts for us. We did get away for about 24 hours to Priest Lake. It is a beautiful somewhat remote spot. Mark and Nathan went fishing in the morning and I just stayed in bed and read, studied, took phone calls, dozed, did a few sudoku....it was really a nice few hours. It was back to work as we got back in the car and had a missionary calling saying he couldn't walk. It was wonderful to have the visit with Nathan and enjoy his company.
